Hospice Quality Certificate Program Companion Course

This program builds on the Hospice Compliance Certificate Program which sets the stage for compliance as the foundation of a quality hospice program, and the connection between compliance and quality outcomes. This course addresses the nuts and bolts of hospice quality measurement, self-assessment, continuous performance improvement, the federal hospice and quality reporting program, and best practices to apply to your hospice program to ensure high quality patient and family care.

This certificate program is a companion to the Hospice Compliance Certificate Program. Participants should have completed that certificate program before proceeding with this one.. If you would like to retake the 7 modules which are duplicated in both courses, please contact conferences@nhpco.org to be transferred and pay for the full Hospice Quality Certificate Program.
